Who provides the service

Sekka (https://sekka.ai) provides this service and is responsible for your account data. In these terms "we" means Sekka.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Sekka.
You are responsible for what you upload and the prompts you write. Only use images you have the right to use.
Generated videos are made by third-party models. Subject to these rules, you may use your videos commercially.
We may change prices for future shots. A shot's price never changes after you press generate.
Credit is prepaid and counted in credits: 1 credit = $0.01. Top-ups are paid in US dollars, from $5. Your first top-up on an account is doubled with bonus credit, once per account; bonus credit has no cash value. Credit does not expire.
Plans are optional and in Beta. A plan is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan keeps its benefits until the paid period ends. Prices, monthly credits, top-up extras, queue, concurrency and any included daily runs are shown before you subscribe and may change for future periods, never for a period already paid. Included runs are a daily allowance, not unlimited use. Plan credits and included runs have no cash value.
Gift links, invite rewards and promo codes, where offered, grant credit with no cash value; we may withdraw credit obtained by abuse.
Without a plan, each user can run up to 3 jobs at once, and Director / Enhance is limited to 60 rewrites per hour, so the service stays fair for everyone.

No sexual content involving minors, in any form.
No non-consensual intimate imagery, and no use of a real person's likeness without their permission.
No content that impersonates a real person or organisation to deceive, and nothing illegal where you live.
Prompts and images that break these rules are blocked and not charged. We may suspend accounts that keep trying.

What we store: your email (from Google sign-in), your balance and payment records, your prompts, reference images and generated videos, and server logs.
Who sees it: prompts and reference images are sent to the video model that renders your shot, and to nobody else. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Your videos are private to your account. We don't publish them without your permission.
How long we keep it: generated videos and prompts stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. A deleted video leaves your library at once and is erased, with its prompt, 30 days later. A closed account can be restored by writing to support within 30 days; after that its videos and prompts are erased. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your choices: you can delete any finished video from your library, and close your account from the account menu once no credit or shot in progress is left. For a refund of unused credit, or if you cannot sign in, write to [email protected].
Security: report a vulnerability to [email protected] (see security.txt).

A shot's price is held when you press generate and charged only when the video is delivered.
Failed generations (timeouts, render errors, broken output) are refunded to your balance automatically; you don't need to ask.
Shots blocked by content rules are not charged.
A shot that renders correctly but isn't to your taste is not refunded.
Unused purchased credit can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase on request, minus payment processing fees. Bonus credit is not paid out.
